 SHIPPING Normal processing is 1-3 business days, which is the time it takes for your order to ship out to you and delivered to your carrier. If you have a special date you need your item(s) received by, please add your request to the special instructions box located at checkout. We will do our best to meet any special deadlines however it is not guaranteed. Shipping varies based upon the shipping option you prefer and your location. Please review our Shipping Chart below for more details. After placing your order your will typically receive it within 7-10 business days. Tracking Identification numbers will automatically be sent to the email address on file once shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you can create an account with us and check your order status. After your order is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number through your email on file. The email will included a link that takes you directly to USPS or UPS website to track your order and follow your order on its way to you. All orders require a signature confirmation.

When will I receive my order?

After your order is placed, processing time is 1-3 business days + the shipping option of your choosing. Please refer to the chart for the timeframe of USPS shipping. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase.

What happens if I was unable to sign for my order?

Unfortunately, we only allow one shipment per order. If your package is delivered back to us and you would like us to re-ship it back to you, it is the costumer's responsibility to pay for re-shipment.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched via UPS which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 24 business hours to provide tracking updates once it has been emailed to you. If you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local USPS Office until you request a redelivery or pick it up yourself.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

MMI LUXE understands that ordering online is not easy. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.

Due to recent events caused by Covid-19, we will NOT be accepting any returns or exchanges...ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I NO LONGER WANT MY ITEM. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?

No, we do not offer refunds. Note that bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, white items, sale items and accessories are FINAL sale and are NOT eligible for an exchange.

DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?

No, we do not offer return labels as exchanged items are made at the customers own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost-efficient shipping method.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

LUXE Babes our items sometimes sell out very quickly due to a high demand or occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.

CAN I MODIFY MY ADDRESS AFTER IT HAS BEEN VALIDATED?

Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order. If urgent we recommend that you contact us by phone during business hours: (251) 333-5525.
